QA Engineer

Job Description

QA Engineer to develop & execute test cases/scripts, ensuring software quality. Proficient in SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies, with experience in automation tools like Selenium. Collaborate with teams to analyze results, identify defects, and implement solutions. Stay updated with industry best practices to continuously improve testing processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Hands on experience on Functional Testing, Integration Testing and System Testing.
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
Identify, record, and thoroughly document defects and bugs in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and implement solutions.
Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential issues.
Perform regression testing, automation testing, functional testing, integration testing, GUI testing and load testing as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing processes. Attending Daily Stand-up meet.
Have a good grip on QA documentations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
