Project Brief

Altus was facing several challenges with their Odoo system. Reimbursements were difficult to manage, financial reports lacked depth, profitability was hard to track, and standard Odoo workflows didn’t fully match their business needs.

Although they had already started using Odoo, the system wasn’t truly working for them. In just four months, we turned things around stabilizing the platform, adding the right custom workflows, and making it reliable, efficient, and compliant. Today, Odoo is live and fully supporting Altus’ day-to-day operations while giving leadership the visibility they need to guide their multi-industry growth.
