As the demand for their services continues to grow, the real estate company requires a reliable website with real-time updates and minimal downtime for their real estate MLS (Multiple Listing Services). Also, the firm needs an agent management portal to efficiently manage real estate consultants.

OUR APPROACH

Our approach aimed to deliver a reliable real estate property listing and property management portal that addresses the client's concern of website performance inconsistencies and frequent downtime, all while keeping the vendor management portal development in focus.

CONSULTING

Extensive discussions and consultations with key stakeholders, the IT team, and decision-makers of the real estate company helped us understand the specific pain points related to existing website performance and the need for an MLS and agent management portal.

DESIGN

Our team of experienced UI/UX designers crafted the user interface for both portals, including responsive wireframing, prototyping, and multiple iterations, all while ensuring that the design not only meet their branding guidelines but also offer a satisfying user experience.

DEVELOPMENT

For MLS, we employed Node.js, Angular, and MongoDB to ensure performance and scalability while integrating AWS and Elasticsearch to support searching and real-time updates. In agent management, we utilized Node.js as the server-side technology, alongside WebSocket.

DEPLOYMENT

We integrated all software components with their existing systems thorough robust testing for smooth functionality, and offered additional services, including training sessions, post-deployment support, and maintenance to accommodate the client's evolving needs.
