Banner

Our client, a real estate firm in Indiana with over 1,500 agents and nearly 50 offices, needed to address issues with website performance, real-time updates, and agent management.

The existing website faced frequent downtime and inconsistent MLS updates, causing lost leads and inefficiencies in managing agents. We developed a robust real estate portal using Node.js, Angular, and MongoDB for the MLS, and a WebSocket-based agent management system. Our approach included everything from development to deployment with real time updates and support for the portal.

Project Brief

Our client is a prominent real estate company based in Indiana, USA. With its establishment in the early 20th century, nearly 50 affiliate offices, and a network of over 1,500 real estate agents, the firm is one of the largest independent realtors in the country. The firm has built a strong reputation for its involvement in residential and commercial real estate transactions, property management, mortgage services, and relocation assistance.

As the demand for their services continues to grow, the real estate company requires a reliable website with real-time updates and minimal downtime for their real estate MLS (Multiple Listing Services). Also, the firm needs an agent management portal to efficiently manage real estate consultants.

Our Solutions

User-Friendly Property Listing Portal:

We have developed a user-friendly property listing portal that allows the real estate business to effortlessly create, list, and publish properties and engage with their prospective customers.

Advanced Search with Elasticsearch:

We built advanced searching and filtering capabilities leveraging Elasticsearch, which allows users to search for properties based on various criteria, such as location, price, size, and amenities.

Real-Time Updates with Node.js:

Using Node.js we achieved real-time updates on their property listing website. We facilitated an instant and seamless exchange of information. When a new property listing is added, updated, or removed, Node.js ensures that the changes are immediately communicated to the clients' browsers, enabling real-time updates.

Vendor Management Portal:

To build a Vendor Management Portal for the client, we used Node.js as the server-side technology and integrated WebSocket for real-time communication. It allowed easy exchange of data and efficient vendor management, enabling real-time updates, communication, and task automation within the portal.
