WordPress to Odoo Website Migration - Zero Downtime Migration
We succeeded in making zero-downtime Odoo migration by moving the client’s outdated WordPress website to a centralized, SaaS-based Odoo platform. This reduced hosting costs and improved business efficiency with high performance, user-friendly interfaces, centralized lead capture in Odoo CRM, and localized visitor management.
An accounting firm had multiple websites and was facing issues in managing business leads generated across them. They wanted a centralized system to handle them. Before the project, the client’s WordPress website had performance issues and was not fully responsive to mobile and tablet devices. This caused layout problems, poor user experience, and reduced user engagement, ultimately affecting inquiry submissions and the business’s online image.
Lead management was also fragmented, as the WordPress site generated email inquiries while other leads were captured in Odoo CRM. Managing multiple sources led to confusion, delays, and missed opportunities. To address this, the website was migrated to Odoo, centralizing all leads and improving overall efficiency.

We have replaced the duplication techniques in WordPress pages, which make complexity, with Odoo’s inline translation. This allows the client to manage one single set of pages for all languages. That reduces the time spent on website updates and ensures information remains consistent globally.
The client receives all leads directly in the Odoo CRM. That allows the client to handle enquiries faster and more efficiently. Centralized lead capture reduces delays and improves follow-ups. That leads to increased business opportunities.
Offering multilanguage versions of the website, managed from one Odoo instance. enabled the client to reach more users. Content editing became quick, accessible, and fully inline.
