We developed a mobile app for drivers to record vehicle inspections, featuring user authentication, offline capabilities, and a detailed form. The solution also included a back-office app for managing data, generating reports, and integrating with Odoo. Our customer is in the transportation and logistics business that manages parcels on behalf of Amazon. Established in 2015, the client has over 600 drivers spread over 8 different depots.
Our client's daily management operations include the inspection of over 500 vehicles twice a day. The inspection results are documented on a form comprising 5 sections: Front, Rear, Driver Side, Passenger Side, and Cabin, each containing a series of relevant questions. Each question necessitates a simple checkbox marking by the Driver, leading to around 100 questions spanning all 5 sections.
