We integrated Shipworks with Odoo for a leading US-based retail and e-commerce company, automating order management, shipment tracking, and label generation.   Our solutions streamlined their order fulfillment process, reduced manual errors, and optimized shipping costs. The integration enhanced operational efficiency by automating bulk order processing, optimized inventory levels, and providing real-time tracking, which improved customer satisfaction and allowed the client to focus on the essential tasks like customer service and sales.   

The company, selling organic health supplements online under three brands, faced integration and system availability issues due to managing multiple software systems. To address these challenges, we implemented an Odoo-based solution that streamlined processes by automating workflows, ensuring data consistency, and consolidating functions into a single system. This approach reduced server infrastructure costs by 70%, achieved 100% data consistency, and improved order fulfilment speed by centralizing operations and automating decision-making and user activities. 

To quickly transition the business online, we implemented an e-commerce theme integrated with Odoo for order tracking, inventory, and accounting.   The solution included multiple payment options, such as Cash on Delivery, and featured a user-friendly interface with SEO and marketing enhancements. Key functionalities included a product carousel for top sellers, filtering by brand attributes, a list of alternative products, a mobile-optimized header for navigation, and an easy switch between list and grid views for product display. 

We developed a Liferay DXP and Commerce solution for the client to manage and categorize vehicle parts based on Year, Make, Model, and Engine (YMME) or VIN number. The solution allows users to search for parts, view detailed product information with multimedia content, and related and premium vehicle parts. It integrates with third-party APIs for fetching data, but also caches this information for future use. Additionally, the system provides a feature to find nearby service centers, enhancing both product management and customer experience.
