The solution features a React-based frontend, custom UI themes, SSO with LDAP and SAML, Elasticsearch, and scalable infrastructure with Docker and Kubernetes. It also includes agent registration workflows, marketing via mail and SMS, and continuous delivery with Jenkins for high availability and performance. 

Our client, an agency managing IT services for a national museum, needed a comprehensive event management system to handle online and on-site ticketing, including integration with ticket scanners and electronic gates.   We implemented a solution using Odoo.sh Enterprise Edition, enhancing its event app for online bookings and POS-based ticket sales, and integrating IoT for ticket scanning and gate access.
