Our client, a prominent potato processing company, faced challenges in managing inventory across multiple cold storage locations, tracking shipments, and handling various operational processes.   We implemented a customized Odoo solution to optimize their workflow with multi-warehouse management, inventory control, and shipping tracking. The system included location classification, import/export modules, quality categorization, lot number tracking, and multilingual reports with watermarks. This integration reduced paperwork, improved data management, and enhanced efficiency, leading to better client experiences and smoother operations. 

Our client, a leading MNC in port acquisition and management with a global presence, facing challenges of managing multiple platforms, high operational costs, and language barriers.  To address these issues, we developed an integrated web and mobile application with multilingual support, centralized management, and single sign-on (SSO) capabilities. Our approach included comprehensive consulting, designing an intuitive user interface, developing a unified platform with AWS infrastructure, and deploying the solutions after thorough QA testing to ensure seamless functionality and improved global accessibility. 

We developed a hybrid mobile app using Cordova for one of Russia's largest logistics companies to track shipments both online and offline, especially in remote areas. The app features on-device storage for offline data and syncs when network is available, allowing delivery confirmations via customer signatures. Additionally, we created a web-based admin dashboard to monitor live and historical shipment data and manage operations. This solution is a single code base for Android and iOS, provided a cost-effective, intuitive UI for real-time tracking and status updates. 

Our client, a transportation and logistics company managing parcels for Amazon and operating with over 600 drivers across 8 depots, needed a comprehensive solution for vehicle inspections. We developed a mobile app for drivers to record vehicle inspections, featuring user authentication, offline capabilities, and a detailed form. The solution also included a back-office app for managing data, generating reports, and integrating with Odoo. Key features included a dashboard with filters, email notifications, and offline form completion, enhancing inspection efficiency and data management.
